Abstract
Matokolo Lambert is a Congolese individual who has already been condemned for killing of totally protected animals. In August 2017 together with one known as Makabe, he organized a big hunting expedition. When they arrived at the village Mokouangonda, the two henchmen entered the forest and hunted with one war weapon and ammunition. It’s in these conditions that they were caught by rangers and Makabe ran away.
