Abstract

Migouo Rémy and Djamboth Jean René are parents who used to carry out big hunting and are resident at Mielekouka and Seka (Sangha division). In February 2017, they went to the forest where they used one PMAK weapon to kill one elephant and come back to the village. Two weeks later they went back where they killed the animal and collected the ivory tusks. On their way back they were caught red handed by rangers who arrested them and brought them at the Sangha Gendarmerie brigade and then to the state prosecutor.
