Abstract

In January 2017, Bendo-Moukouli Eddy contacted one known as Destin for illicit capture of parrots and gave him the sum of XAF 450,000 (four hundred and fifty thousand) to get all the necessary materials for the operation. Destin then captured illegally 141 (one hundred and forty one) heads of parrots. During the sharing of the products, a dispute started with the two individuals which draw the attention of rangers on patrols who came and arrested them. Destin escaped and Bendo-Moukouli was brought before the court.
