Mbara Valaka Jean Pierre was illegally possessing a PMK war weapon. On December 22, 2013, he brought and accommodated one hunter named Fernand Mabala living in Ouesso. Mbara provided Mabala with with food and weapon to carry big hunting. Mabala with a team composed of Nianga-Mboula (from DRC), Mapope Albert and one known as Sadam went to Mombemba at Pokola urban district for big hunting where they killed one elephant, removed the tusks and smoked the meat. During the night 09 to 10 January the team sold the meat to women including one known as Mafouata Aimée. In the night 10 to 11, rangers and gendarmes arrested Mafouata in possession of elephant meat in her fridge in her house. Mbara Valaka Jean Pierre and Mapope Albert were subsequently arrested and brought before the state prosecutor and then sent to court for trial.

The execution of the imprisonment term was suspended. The Imprisonment in default of payment was fixed to its minimum.
