Abstract
In May 2018, Loboka Freddy who was in the obligation to feed his brothers after the death of their mother decided to go to the forest to set traps. Few times later he found a leopard trapped and he killed the animal with his machete, brought back the meat to eat and dried the skin of the animal. The dry skin was later sold to a Cameroonian known as Fotso at XAF 5,000 (five thousand). Three weeks later he was arrested by the Ouesso police, brought before the state prosecutor and then sent to court for trial.
