Abstract

In March 2018, Mandzombo was sitting in a drinking place when he was approached by a military person known as Didier who declared to him having sold war ammunitions to hunters living in the Sangha division. Mandzombo then got interested in the war ammunitions trafficking and purchased to the military person three war ammunitions loaders at XAF 15,000 (fifteen thousand).
