Abstract
In June 2017, one known as Pounga contacted Kamalone Victor and another person for a hunting expedition. While in the forest and precisely inside the Odzala Kokoua national park they killed a bush pig and monkeys and Pounga went back to the village for sale. While the two others were waiting for Pounga to come back they were caught by rangers who arrested Kamalone while the other person ran away. It is in these circumstances that Kamalone was brought before the state prosecutor.
