Abstract
The accused DIMA OTSITSA Martin was arrested flagrante delicto in the locality of Ngatto by elements of the Boumba and Ngoko divisional delegation of forestry and wildlife. He was found in possession of a 375 caliber weapon in an area prohibited from hunting. During interrogation, the accused pleaded guilty to the facts and admitted committing the offence as reproached. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
