Following a preliminary investigation by the State Attorney of the Court of First Instance, Djoum the accused Mme NDOUDOUMOU nee NDO ZIBI was summoned to respond to charges of poaching of protected animal species on September 25, 1992 in Djoum. She was found in detenting of a stock consisting of legs of smoked bushmeat in a period when hunting is closed. However, during trial in court, the evidence presented does not prove the accused committed the said crime.
