Abstract

Military elements of the 15 Batallion of the Motorized Infantry Brigade in charge of protecting the Cynegetic hunting zone N°29, arrested the accused persons WOENDA Ferdinand and BILAN Eric along the Mboy-II Libongo highway. They were arrested in possession of a hunting gun for large scale hunting (Italian Mark N°48658), 07 ammunitions, 02 chargers, 02 Elephant ivories and Elephant meat. During interrogations they both pleaded guilty and each acknowledged committing the offences to which they were charged. At the close of interrogations, they were transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
