Abstract
At 11:00 on January 15, 2019, the defendants Zhongmin W., Yinbu Z., Yonghua G and Changsheng F. met together, each carrying a slingshot and other tools to hunt birds in the Nanbai forest in Jinggou Village, Zhen County, Lingbao City. They conducted hunting separately and handed over the pheasants to Changsheng F. Among them, Zhongmin W. hunted two, Yinbu Z. and Yonghua G. hunted one each. Zhongmin W., Yinbu Z., Yonghua G. and Changsheng F. confessed to have illegally hunted and sold endangered wildlife.
