Abstract

MEDJO Justin was arrested circulating in the Campo Ma'an National Park without authorization. He was found in possession of seven rats and one bay duiker meat. The elements of the conservation service of Campo Ma'an national park after having arrested him, sold the meat of these seized animals through public auction as per the wildlife law and the proceeds from the sale of these animals were deposited in the public treasury. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty . At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
