Abstract

MEDOU Paul Alex was arrested in Campo Ma'an National Park in possession of a bay duiker and a porcupine that he killed in the park during a hunting party. Upon his arrest, he did not possess any legal authorisation for this activity and failed to present his National Identity Card to the elements of the conservation service of Campo Ma'an national park. During interrogations, he acknowledged committing the offence as charged and pleaded guilty. At the close of interrogations, he was transmitted before the State Attorney for prosecution.
