On 13th April, 2011 at Mnyamasi area within Mpanda District, the accused persons were arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. A charge of unlawful possession was brought against the accused person before the court. The accused persons were acquitted.

On 11th May, 2010 at Mlangale village the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of firearm without a license. Also accused person was in unlawful possession of government trophies and ammunition. A charge brought before the court for accused to answer. The accused was convicted.

Sometimes on 24th October, 2007 at Kaponda village within Mpanda District in Rukwa region the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. A charge was brought before the court for accused person to answer. The accused was convicted.

On 9th October, 2013 at Mnyamasi area at Vikonge village within Mpanda District in Katavi Region, the accused person was arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophy. He was therefore charged with an economic crime and wildlife conservation. The accused was convicted.

On 16th April, 2015 the accused person was arraigned of unlawful possession of government trophy. Then brought before the court to answer a charge. The accused was convicted.

The accused persons on the 7th day of september, 2014 were arrested at Belabela Hill within SENAPA by park rangers who were on patrol at that area. The park rangers saw foot prints of human being leading into the bush; they surrounded the bush and managed to arrest the accused persons.

On 05/05/2013, the accused person was caught within SENAPA around Grumeti river, the accused was also found in possession of one knife, one carcass of impala and one carcass of Thompson gazelle. He was arrested and taken to KDU – Anti-Poaching Unit Bunda. However, the case was dismissed.

The accused person was caught on 07/08/2013 at Old Warangi River within SENAPA. The accused was in possession of weapons in the park namely; four trapping wires, four arrows, one bow, one bush knife and one knife. He was also in possession of a skin and three semi dried pieces of impala. He was arrested and taken to Anti-Poaching Unit at Bunda.

On 08/10/2010 at 15:00 while SENAPA park rangers were on patrol at Sonzo area within the park, they saw a people hidden in the bush, they surrounded them and managed to arrest one of them, he was in possession of one machete, 3 animal trapping wires, one dry skin of reedbuck, one dry skin of impala and three pieces dry meat of wildebeests.
