On 13th April, 2011 at Mnyamasi area within Mpanda District, the accused persons were arraigned and found in unlawful possession of government trophies. A charge of unlawful possession was brought against the accused person before the court. The accused persons were acquitted.

The accused was arraigned before Mpanda District Court for unlawful possession of government trophy. The accused was found guilty.
That on 9th November, 2014 near the lake shore the accused person was arrested and found in unlawful possessing government trophies. A charge of unlawful possession was brought against the accused person. The accused person was convicted.
